Returns

Returns are allowed only within 5 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return a product, please drop an email to sahajaburde.connect@gmail.com
To complete return of product, please share a receipt or proof of purchase in your email.
Customers must ship the product back along with the original packaging. The customer will bear the shipping costs for the return.
It is recommended that you use a reliable shipping company with tracking service as receipt of returned items cannot be certain, especially without tracking information.
Once the product is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund request. If approved, a refund to the original payment method will be initiated at the earliest. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the customer hasn't received the refund, it is requested that the bank is contacted first as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If no solution is found, please drop an email to sahajaburde.connect@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for Postcard Packs and not for Original Artwork.
Exchanges are permitted only if the item is damaged or defective.
To request an exchange, please drop an email to sahajaburde.connect@gmail.com with images or videos showing the damage.
After verifying the damage, an exchange for the same product will be offered. Customer may ship the product back along with the original packaging to avail exchange of product. It is recommended using a reliable shipping company with tracking service as receipt of returned items cannot be certain, especially without tracking information.
